The Private Clients team is looking for an experienced Legal Executive with an understanding of Conveyancing to join them.
In this role you will be responsible for executing all transactional aspects of a file leading up to settlement and beyond, preparing and managing legal documentation and providing high quality client care. Inbox and diary management and conducting Landonline searches and enquiries are also important aspects of this role.
To be considered for this position you must have at least two years’ experience as a Legal Executive, and have been actively involved in general conveyancing. You will demonstrate a good understanding of preparing loan documentation, and experience in estate administration would be beneficial. Strong planning and organisational abilities, well developed interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, as is high attention to detail, a strong team support focus and the ability to work independently. Expertise in Landonline, webforms, and proficiency using Infinity or a similar trust account system is essential.
