As the Financial Advisor you will support the Finance Team and senior leadership team around identifying, monitoring and managing financial risks. This is achieved through the provision of expert management accounting knowledge and experience, including financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting to ensure that the financial goals of the organisation are achieved.
You will have 2 key responsibilities as the Financial Advisor are they are:
- Oversight of the financial affairs of the Group you are responsible for
- Provide financial support and assistance for the wider Finance team
This role requires strong Business Partnering attributes, you could be an Intermediate Level Management Accountant looking for that next step up and a challenge! This would be a great next step for your career. 70% of the role is Management Accounting and around 30% Business Partnering work, which will increase over time.
You will be resilient, have an inquiring mind, able to respectfully challenge the business, have strong communication skills and relationship building skills.
