These teams have not had to recruit at this level before as positions are usually filled at summer clerk level. Vacancies have been created by overseas travel and special project work.
We're looking for two solicitors with between one to five years post qualification experience to join our litigation team.

One role will work for a three partner civil litigation team. You will work on a range of commercial civil litigation matters including, local government, insolvency, construction and insurance issues. Prior experience in disputed insurance claims arising out of the Canterbury earthquakes is not essential but would be of particular use. You will be involved in a variety of challenging work that will allow you to successfully develop and progress your legal career.
- We are also on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate solicitor to join a partner, special counsel and senior associate in our environment and resource management team. You will work predominantly with the RMA team but will have the ability to draw a broader range of work from the civil litigation team as well.
