Legal Trust Account Manager / Office Manager /Administrator  

Our client, Paxton-Penman et al is a reputable firm which is committed to the provision of indefectible and professional service to its clients in relation to all property and commercial matters.

The Partners of the firm have strategically employed staff who can offer a holistic service to the client, so that when the client comes to see us about buying or selling a house, we can ensure that all their property needs are met from the drafting of a relationship property agreement, to settlement of Family or Trading Trusts, right through to the provision of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

This strategic planning is based on the rationale that people’s lives are not isolated or compartmentalised, and so the ownership of property impacts on them during their life, during the extraordinary things that happen in their lives and on their death.

This is a unique and varied role in our Auckland office where the candidate will be responsible for the legal trust account, will work closely with the managing partner in respect of the general account as well as being responsible for overall office administration / management. 

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, bright, articulate, friendly, well presented and has a good sense of humour who enjoys being part of a team. 

The successful candidate will ideally have trust accounting experience and experience with Payroll, PAYE and GST. 

We need a candidate with a can do attitude and enjoys being busy. This is a full time role however terms and conditions and hours will be flexible for the right person.
