This global professional services firm is undergoing a step change within their senior M&A team.
With a focus on both sell-side and buy-side M&A, you will be responsible for the successful execution of existing mandates.
Maintaining deal flow is key and leads are generated through the wider firm and by the reputation of the existing team.
A positive attitude, strong organisational skills and leadership potential are also required.
You will need to have excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and a demonstrable grasp of modelling and valuation methodologies.
You may be lawyer specialising in M&A, or a Senior Institutional or Corporate Banker.
