You are an experienced legal executive wanting to "own" the client file, spend time with the client and make an impact on a daily basis or alternatively; you might not be qualified but you will have plenty of experience having worked in a legal office with exposure to carrying out legal executive tasks.

You might be wanting to work fulltime hours, flexi-hours, e.g. start later in the day but committed to working to the end of the day; or you might want to work 4 full days and have 1 day off that works around your workload. Whatever you are looking for (apart from starting later and finishing earlier), this small team is flexible.

Salary is competitive for the skill you bring and it might be we can negotiate a carpark; but what you need to bring is confidence in your ability and confidence in your own skin.

You must be willing to try new things and open to pitching in when the workload gets heavier, but essentially you will be blending secretarial tasks and supporting the Principal and his business related dealings; including company law, leases and large conveyancing matters.

You will feel confident using Landonline, drafting leases, sale and purchase agreements and all ADLS documents and can talk the client through mortgage documents and help them understand the legal process.
