This role is ideally suited to a career minded, ambitious individual who is looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it.
Role Description
An experienced employment/health and safety lawyer is required to advise clients and take ownership of employment and industrial disputes. This will include mediations, Employment Relations Authority hearings, appearing in the Employment Court together with providing advice on health and safety issues.
You may have specialised in employment law or in a general capacity with some employment law /health and safety experience.

Selection Criteria:
- Candidates with employment and/or health and safety experience are encouraged to apply;
- 5+ years PQE Employment specialist preferred;
- Previous experience in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court required;
- Ability and empathy to interact confidently with a wide range of people; and
- Strong communication and mediation skills required.
