Our client has a unique hybrid commercial and property lawyer role where there is some scope for the role to be shaped towards your expertise and interests. You'll be working in a team where staff are well-respected at all levels, they do quality work and have a collegial atmosphere. The work will be multi-faceted and include large-scale developments, subdivisions, commercial property acquisitions/divestments, complex commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and overseas investment work.
The ideal person for this role will have:
- 3+ years experience in a well regarded commercial or property team - whether you're in a large or smaller practice. If you're in a general practice role with some commercial property experience and want to step up your commercial legal skills, you should enquire too;
- strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen; and
- a solid university academic record.
