Our market leading banking practice continues to expand and we now have a unique opportunity for a Legal Executive to join the team.

This role provides the opportunity to work in our high performing banking team, which represents all of New Zealand's major banks. You will play a key part in property finance deals run by this team: preparing the appropriate loan and security documentation, attending to settlements, drafting letters to banks and borrowers' solicitors, undertaking title reviews and conducting Edealing via Landonline.

You will be an organised and methodical Legal Executive with a strong property background. You will enjoy being part of a fast paced and collegial environment and will be competent running transactions from start to finish. You will enjoy working to strict deadlines, have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
