Working within a medium sized firm, this is a senior litigation position that caters to private and commercial clients in a range of disputes. The work will involve civil litigation, employment law, property disputes, high level debt recovery, contract and commercial litigation. You'll be the right hand person to an expert partner of the firm and be able to work with a good degree of autonomy in running files from start to finish. There is good scope for your own professional development in the future, with the firm, too.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as a litigator (civil focus) with good people and problem solving skills. You'll have a good understanding of court processes and the ability to use modern technology well.
