We’re looking for a solicitor with one to three years’ experience to join our busy civil litigation and disputes resolution firm, based at Smales Farm on the North Shore, Auckland.
We provide our clients with top quality, practical legal advice that’s cost effective and results driven. Because we have a wide range of clients – from individuals to small businesses and large organisations – you’ll gain a varied experience on claims large and small. No two days will be the same as you will help us work on claims across different areas of law – so if you like variety, this could be the fit for you.
You’ll also need to have an excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills and be very organised. Your work will include meeting clients, opinion and research work, preparing court proceedings and assisting with the associated court steps, attending court hearings and mediations.
You’ll be involved in these areas of litigation:
- Construction
- Commercial
- Property
- Insolvency
- Employment
- Trusts / Estates
