This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive to show case your skills and abilities whilst performing at your best within this busy, challenging team who specialise in the area of Property law. You must be confident to make decisions and able to ‘hit the ground running’. This is a hardworking, vibrant team who really need your flexible, adaptable and efficient working style!
Our client is a highly regarded boutique Auckland CBD law firm with an excellent reputation. They are looking to appoint a Legal Executive to work alongside an experienced practitioner who specialises in Property law, in particular Commercial Property. You may have been exposed to a wide variety of work including conveyancing, commercial property and development work, including residential sub-divisions and finance, with a minimal amount of Trusts and Estates. They are looking for a switched-on individual with a proven background working autonomously on files from start to finish, be confident in producing accurate settlement statements, whilst receiving solid back-up support from a Partner. You will need to exhibit a natural ability to build solid client relationships with ease and it is imperative you have the confidence to deal with a broad spectrum of clients and you must have current experience with Landonline, e-dealing and Companies Office and a good working knowledge of the full MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel.
This is a challenging role giving you the opportunity to excel whilst providing the team with a high level of initiative and confidence in performing the tasks of a senior Legal Executive.
