You will be joining a highly-regarded and dynamic firm. This permanent full-time opportunity is located in the heart of Wellington’s CBD and is passionate about the services they provide.

Your new role
You have the opportunity to work very closely with a highly regarded litigation Partner and will be given the scope to mould the relationship property and trust litigation practice in to your own. Your role may either or all of the following areas: Conveyancing, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Trusts. The role offers high quality work and the opportunity to further your skills and experience.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience specialising in relationship property and trusts and estate litigation. Candidates with considerably more experience are encouraged to apply. It is essential for you to have fantastic academics and be someone who can pick up an existing caseload and run with it without supervision. Although there is plenty of work, the firm’s plan is to grow this area in to a leading practice and therefore you must have the ability and willingness to take an active role in business development and marketing.
