About  The  Role

Our high performing Corporate and Financial Services Secretarial Hub is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team.  In this role, you will provide the crucial support that assists these practice areas to succeed.

You'll enjoy a busy, fast paced role with varied responsibilities including: scheduling appointments and managing authors diaries and emails; preparing legal documents; opening and managing new files; liaising with clients and professionals at all levels and assisting with billing. This role supports dynamic and progressive authors that are leaders in their field. You will bring with you a similar mind-set and help keep things running smoothly, ensuring that we are delivering the best possible service for our clients.

About  you

Ideally, you will be an experienced legal secretary with 3+ years' experience supporting a team of lawyers within a commercial law firm. You will understand the inner workings of a professional services environment have outstanding organisational skills and enjoy multi-tasking. You will also be well versed using the Microsoft Office suite, practice management and billing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to the success of this role. You will be great at managing stakeholders, be flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and passionate about process improvement.

You will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within our fast moving and changing environment. You'll thrive on delivering results to a diverse and challenging client group, and be looking to build your career within a leading global law firm.
