Wong and Bong Law Office is a small, friendly, suburban practice. The firm's main activity is property and business conveyancing, finance, estate planning. The firm is well established and known in Auckland. Our client base is diverse, our office is handy to public transport and close to Highland Park Shopping Centre.
The Role
We are looking for a Legal Executive with in depth knowledge of residential conveyancing, business conveyancing and a good familiarity with other aspects of general practice. You will be supporting a senior solicitor and/or director and will be required to be a team player especially when other members of the team are away on leave. You will be expected to handle the day to day running of the file. Attention to detail and prioritising workload is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and you will be proficient in using MS Office suite. You will be expected to have expertise in Landonline and Webforms.
You must have excellent verbal and written English. If you speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese - this is a plus. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
