Our client is a new professional services practice offering an innovative and effective trust management service for a range of clients and are building their business through a strong customer service approach, which will see them well positioned to capitalise on future growth opportunities within the sector.
This role is a newly created position that will work closely with the General Manager in the on boarding of new clients and the delivery of regular reporting and coordinating the associated advice that is provided to clients. In managing the service delivery to clients, this role will also liaise directly with a range of other legal, accounting and finance professionals, ensuring that the service offerings are part of an integrated approach to upholding the integrity of the Trust. Other aspects of the role will also involve contributing to the ongoing development of the cloud based information management systems and reporting formats.
In considering applications we are keen to talk to candidates with previous backgrounds as Legal Executives or senior level Legal Secretaries who can offer a balance of technical skills along with proven experience in managing relationships and delivering customer services to a high level. Candidates could have technical backgrounds and or previous experience dealing with trusts and will be seeking a challenging role in a dynamic customer focused organisation that still has future growth opportunities. This will be a busy and varied role so strong organisational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and attain performance goals are all pre-requisites.
