Three great roles, three great firms!
Are you currently working in a law firm and feeling like you are getting nowhere? Are you ambitious, eager to learn and want to take on more challenge than you are currently? If your answer is yes then I have a number of great opportunities for you.. All of these Legal Secretarial roles involve Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property and some Trusts, Estates and Wills.
Role A/ working in a family focused, medium sized CBD firm for a small fun team of Legal Executives, where you will be encouraged to take on Legal Executive responsibilities over time and study toward your Legal Executive certificate. Six months Property or one year general Legal Secretarial experience required. Fantastic training on offer.
Role B/ Working in a small boutique Property firm, where you will have a minimum of two years experience as a Property Secretary and are able to handle Residential Conveyancing files on your own with supervision. Working 1:1 for a lovely Partner who will happily give you Legal Executive responsibilities if you are comfortable with this. A good mix of secretarial responsibilities in this role so a good 'all rounder' is required with landonline experience.
Role C/ A young vibrant firm is looking for a Legal Property Secretary who would like to either quickly advance as a Legal Executive or receive training and support toward becoming a Legal Executive. This role is a great opportunity if you live in South Auckland and want to get more exposure to Property files.
