LEGAL TEMP URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START
From 18 July 2018 until we find a permanent secretary.
Our small, friendly central city law firm is looking for a senior legal secretary/PA to temp for an experienced commercial law partner.
You will need the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in formatting large automated legal documents in Word is essential.
- Extensive experience with marking up/tracked changes is also essential.
- Fast accurate typing (minimum of 70 wpm).
- Advanced knowledge of Word.
- Digital dictaphone typing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, as well as experience with Excel and Powerpoint.
- Superb English, spelling and grammar.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Friendly and outgoing with a can do attitude.
You will be attending to dictaphone typing including documentation, letters, bills and statements, as well as photocopying, scanning, binding, organising meetings, meeting and greeting clients, reception and general office assistance.
