The Opportunity
 
Our Auckland Head Office is looking for a new Schemes and Facilities Manager to join us!
This is a fairly new role within the company and has HUGE potential for the new incumbent to shape and mould the position into something really successful. Work at a National level with the best in the business! 
 
In this position you will manage at a National level, a range of existing national schemes and facilities and will also assess and identify potential gaps in the market.
You will also have 1 direct report in this position who will support in an administration function. 
 
 
You may work on:
  • Developing opportunities for new schemes and facilities, and managing an existing portfolio
  • Contributing to company growth via fostering and growing new relationships
  • Management of 1 direct report
  • Providing general support and advice to the business
 
About you
 
In this role we are looking for an Insurance Schemes and Facilities Subject Matter Expert. Someone the team can turn to when they need advice and support.

We will be looking for:

  • A strong background in creating, promoting and managing Insurance schemes and facilities
  • An autonomous ‘self starter’ who isn’t afraid to ‘hit the ground running’
  • Experience managing a direct report or growing team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in a professional and corporate environment
