The Opportunity
 

Our Takapuna Branch is looking for their next Account Broker or Junior Account Broker.
 
In this role you will support an Account Manager on a commercial Mardarin portfolio. You will need to be able to write and speak both English and Mandarin. 

Day-to-day you will be the point of contact for account management which might include technical support, premium negotiation with clients, documentation preparation and claim management.

Takapuna is a one of our larger branches in the North Island. They have a mixture of commercial, domestic and rural clients. The team is a small and close knit group with a huge amount of knowledge to learn from!
 
About you
 
You will have some experience in the Insurance Industry, but we are open to where that experience comes from! It is all about attitude for us, so please submit your resume and let us know why we should hire you!
 
You must have:
 

  • Bilingual speaking skills – ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently
  • Strong business written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Experience working within Insurance, specifically in the commercial space, will be highly advantageous.
