The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Tauranga branch, in a Commercial Broker Support role.              

In 2017 our Tauranga branch won ‘Branch of the Year’ and consistently ranks high in New Business! The team is a highly successful one and in the last couple of years the office is proud to have included the #1 Claims Adviser, #1 Commercial Broker and #1 Domestic Broker – a definite work hard play hard culture!                        

You will ideally have experience in commercial F&G insurance, and will support a Commercial Broker, assisting them in all aspects of managing their client portfolios.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Resolving client queries on their insurance
  • Liaising with insurers on insurance matters
  • Recognising and sharing new business opportunities
  • Processing renewals, new business, amendments, cancellations, and finance agreements
  • Credit control
  • Providing a second point of contact for clients.
