We are looking for a Finance Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, who can hit the ground running and lead a small, busy team.  You will bring clear and demonstrated success in finance management in a commercially orientated business.  The ability to proactively turn the numbers and data into insights and provide advice for management decision-making is key. 

  
You will focus on:

• Providing strategic leadership and direction to and having end-to-end responsibility for the finance function
• producing high quality and accurate financial information and business analytics
• Identifying emerging trends and issues, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decision making
• Developing annual relevant budgets and monitoring performance against budget throughout the year both for the business and at a management level
• proactively managing cash-flow and being across inflows and outflows
• working effectively with partners and key vendors
• promoting and delivering a collaborative and customer-driven culture in your team.

You will have:

• relevant tertiary and professional qualification(Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• a data driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• experience working within a SaaS or subscription businesses that are reliant on annuity revenue would be advantageous, as would exposure to transfer pricing.

This is a full-time role, however, we are open to a part-time arrangement of no less than 32 hours for the right person.  This search process is being managed by Rothley Partners on HazardCo’s behalf.
