Operating within an industry that is 100% about their customers' needs, demands and preferences, our client has heavily invested in developing an experienced, passionate Commercial Team to Support Sales and Marketing Activities. 
 
The Role
As the Commercial Manager, you will support the heads of Sales & Marketing, NPD and Logistics to guide decisions around Product Development, Pricing, Marketing Strategy, New Ventures & Investments. You will interpret insights and analysis to form your recommendations to the business and support long-term planning, performance and strategy.  Your collaborative style and engaging approach will see you initiating constructive debate with the wider business and ensure there is sound financial return on initiatives. A big part of your role will also include, presenting and educating the business on negotiating Commercial terms that tie in with wider company strategy.  
 
The Person
As this is a high-profile role within the organisation, we are looking for an individual that will harness this opportunity to really take Commercial Insights to a new level and truly integrate this skill across the business. You don't need to have an Accounting Qualification, however, possessing an extremely strong numerical and financial mindset is critical. You will have a track record in providing Commercial insight that has led to tangible results and supported growth. You will present with gravitas and have natural leadership skills; given the way the business promotes growth, it is important that Managers are dedicated and committed to mentoring and supporting the development of teams.
