The eSPACE Programme is managed by HealthShare Limited and is a shared services agency of which all five Midland District Health Boards are shareholders.  The programme is responsible for implementing clinically-led programmes of change across the Midland region that collectively provide the health needs of approximately 889,000 people.
 
We are looking for a Financial Analyst who can support the finance team working 20 to 24 hours per week and reporting to the Financial Director.
 
The role includes the following tasks:

• Financial and project reporting
• Project management in Oracle
• Month end processing
• Timesheet administration and reconciliation
• Oversight of purchase orders and invoicing

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Excel skills 
• Experience in an accounting capacity
• Knowledge of financials transactions processing in Oracle is an advantage
• Degree qualified and/or professional body qualification in accounting (CA or CPA)

 
While this role is based at HealthShare’s Hamilton office, there might be a requirement for travel (including overnight stays) across the Midland region to engage with a geographically distributed team and regional stakeholders.
