We are looking for an experienced insurance claims professionals to join this high performing team.  So if you would like to expand and develop your claims knowledge, manage your own portfolio of claims and not be stuck on the phones all day then this could be the perfect opportunity for your career.

The role:

These are busy roles with lots of variety managing a portfolio of leisure, student and corporate travel claims from end to end.  You will also be providing exceptional customer service, solutions and advice to customers.  This is not a call centre role and is highly administrative but you must be confident in picking up the phone and discussing claims with claimants and suppliers for further information. 

Skills required:

• Insurance claims experience - essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and solutions
• Team orientated and can do attitude
• Strong MS office skills
