Crombie Lockwood NZ Ltd is a leading player in the New Zealand insurance broking industry and we are currently on the lookout for a Broker Support to join our Auckland Corporate team. With excellent proximity to the bus network we are based in Beaumont St, close to cafés, Vic Park, and the waterfront.
What will your key responsibilities be?
This position has a Personal Lines focus processing PL for clients connected to our corporate business as well as supporting senior brokers on their commercial portfolios.
We need a whiz on processing at all levels including new business, renewals, endorsements, lapsing and cancellations. Working with a senior team you would be a pivotal point of contact between the Executive Brokers, clients and underwriters. If you are looking to expand your insurance knowledge and learn from experienced Brokers, this is an exciting opportunity.
What do you need to bring to the role?
- At least two years experience processing personal lines and some knowledge of commercial lines.
- Experience with eGlobal Database Personal Lines processing and Multi-client billing
- Excellent computer skills capable of using the Microsoft Office suite, especially excel to an intermediate level
- Proven experience in developing great customer relationships
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workflow
- Pro-active and not afraid to take the initiative
