PART TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY 25 HOURS PER WEEK
We are a well established and professional financial planning group, providing a diverse range of insurance and investment products and services to our substantial client base. We are based in lovely offices near Ellerslie, and are looking for someone for this exciting role to join our small but friendly team.
In this role, you will provide high quality, professional administrative support to our Wealth Manager, actioning all portfolio related requests, and ensuring all client queries are managed effectively and efficiently. In addition you will prepare financial plans and reports, in conjunction with the Wealth Manager.
We require someone for this role with experience in administration, who sets and maintains high professional standards and is committed to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
You will have strong MS Office skills, and be highly organised, with great attention to detail, and have excellent numeracy skills.
