An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Claims Adviser to join Rothbury Insurance Brokers in the Auckland Branch located in the CBD. Rothbury takes great pride in providing all of its clients with expert advice from our highly experienced claims staff. Our combined knowledge and contacts enable us to strive to achieve the very best outcome with every claim we handle.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the claims process, liaising with the client and the underwriter throughout the claims process. You will be responsible for ensuring all claims are dealt with in a timely and correct manner and deadlines are met.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial claims experience. This is a full on role, so the successful candidate will need to have a proactive nature, thrive in a busy environment, be well organized, self motivated, have top notch administration skills and provide the highest standard of client service, focusing on quality outcomes.
You will relish working as part of a hard working, professional and experienced team, who work hard, but also like to enjoy a laugh or two.
