A great opportunity to join our established Insurance Brokerage as an Office Administrator and Assistant Insurance Broker to the senior Insurance Brokers in our company.
We promote a hard working and friendly work environment and we provide ongoing training, mentoring and development.
We have a flexible work schedule that may suit someone looking for 25 – 30 hours, over 4 – 5 days per week.
Your Duties:
- Assisting Senior Brokers with day to day tasks.
- Renewals and New Business processing.
- Process endorsement and cancellation requests.
- Managing client/insurer relationships.
- Managing debtors.
- Weekly Banking
- Claim maintenance including: processing, tracking, recording and ensuring timely settlement of claims.
- Ensuring internal databases and relevant systems are kept up to date and accurate.
Technical Requirements which are preferred:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry is essential
- Experience on Eglobal will be viewed favourably
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confident telephone and listening skills.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain high level of confidentiality.
