You will be assessing claims utilising your medical and product knowledge, and enjoy talking to people on the phone as you make and receive calls assisting people with their queries.
You need to have a strong grasp of medical terminology (health insurance or medical experience) along with previous health insurance claims assessment experience. Problem solving will come naturally to you, as does your an eye for detail. You will love a challenge and take pride in the quality of your work and achieving great outcomes both your clients and team.
