This new Cafe/Bistro is opening in October 2018. We are looking for someone to come in and take the reins in the kitchen and help up make a success of our first summer season.
This is a year round role with a great work life balance and the chance to live in a beautiful part of New Zealand .
The owner is a Chef but wanting to get out of the kitchen, this means there is the opportunity for someone ready to step up into a Head Chef role but still have mentorship and development.
You would be responsible for building your team, rostering, ordering and day to day running of the kitchen along with involvement in menu writing and development.
Attitude is key in this role and we are looking for someone willing to work hard to get this venue off the ground.
