We are looking for a full-time candidate preferably with previous managerial or supervisory experience. You need to be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Generally, you will:
- Ensure staff time is planned and executed efficiently to meet customer demand
- Analyse sales data and prepare weekly rosters managing the hours scheduled to staff
- Manage staff to ensure that both product and quality standards are always met
- Manage staff to ensure that they are working in a safe and secure environment and that all health and safety regulations are being adhered
- Ensure that the Council food regulations are being followed
- Manage stock levels including stock
- Report on issues concerning staff, products, customers and the store
- Prepare and complete weekly and daily reports
- Prepare, complete and transmit reports on the stores weekly results to Head office
- Investigate, resolve and report on any customer complaints
- Perform daily banking procedures and cash handling
- Assist with food preparation
- Recruitment and training of new trainee staff
- On the job training and supervision of existing staff
- Performance management of any staff performance issues
- Any other tasks as may be reasonably required by the business needs

Successful candidates must:
- Be available to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Have a Diploma or higher qualification in business or hospitality
- Communicate well and possess excellent customer service skills
- Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Demonstrate strong leadership and time management skills
- Ability to manage and exceed service standards and train staff
- Comply with all food industry standards
- Previous experience in food and hospitality industry supervision preferred
