Our client is a well established company within their field. They are looking for their next assistant accountant superstar to join their tight knit team on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent.
With a fast paced, hands-on position available, they are after someone who can hit the ground running with excellent communication skills and ideally some exposure to credit control processes.
Key responsibilities will include
- Accounts receivable management with an emphasis on credit control
- Bi-monthly reporting on overdue debtors and recovery action
- Daily bank processing and reconciliations
- Preparation of accounts to month-end trial balance
- Excel spreadsheeting
- Back up payroll and accounts administration
