• Historic 120year+ hotel in Prime position
• Award winning chefs and experienced F&B team
• Hotel experiencing strong function and conference demand

• Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Liase with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes, make recommendations for improvement
• Proactively handle any issues and troubleshoot and emerging problems on the day
• Respond to all incoming telephone calls, emails and written requests for conference and event enquiries on the day received
• Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety obligations
• Work closely with our marketing people to best promote functions. products and services
