About the business and the role
Euro Bar and Restaurant and The Culpeper are seeking passionate and a dynamic Chef De Parties/Senior Chef De Parties to join our kitchen team and help drive the restaurant to further success. We believe we are only as strong as our team hence we invest time and money into training and developing our chefs, and anyone who comes to us with the right attitude and work ethic is rewarded.

The Culpeper is a family style restaurant focusing on wood fired grilling, low and slow smoking and southern cooking styles.
Together along with Coley and Punch we form a three venue site that covers multiple cooking techniques and styles, needless to say this offers many opportunities to a budding chef that wants to progress their career.
To be successful in this role, you will take ownership of a section within the kitchen, show passion for food and service and be a professional team player.
We are looking for a Chef De Partie with a minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Running a section on the hot line.
Taking charge of daily ordering and prep lists.
Having creative input with specials.
Owning your responsibility within the kitchen.
Training and mentoring junior chefs.
Skills and experience
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef De Partie where you will have held down a section in a high volume kitchen.
Being able to cook fish and meat is an absolute given.
Working well under pressure and to specific time frames is a prerequisite.
