We are currently seeking experienced Chef de Partie's to join our kitchen brigade supporting our various F&B outlets.
We are ideally looking for two Chef de Parties to work in different areas of our busy kitchen either for production or Garde Manger
Our ideal candidates will have previous experience in a restaurant and / or hotel with a proven ability to run a section. You will need to have excellent knife skills, a solid understanding of HACCP and the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Running the section in a smooth and efficient manner
- Ensuring Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs are supported and completing allocated tasks on time, training them to be able to run the different sections in your absence
- Maintain a high level of functionality and efficiency, demonstrating food cost control practices
- Ensure high standards of hygiene as per HACCP standards within the kitchen as well as your section
- Work with the Sous Chef / Executive team to develop product & service initiatives, be creative in the design and implementation of on going food concepts
