Rydges Rotorua is looking for an F&B Assistant Manager to help run and manage our large Restaurant, Bar, and Conferencing operations.
At Rydges, we're part an ever expanding hospitality and entertainment network with almost 60 hotels and resorts (including QT), 70 cinemas, a theatre and an adventure sports destination - all located across Australia and New Zealand.

Our hotel:
- 135 guest rooms (the biggest in Rotorua)
- 78,000+ international and domestic guests in just 12 months
- 180 pax Atrium Restaurant and Bar open 7 days
- 100 pax Mezz Bar open 7 Days
- 7 busy conference and meeting spaces
- 100 awesome team members incl. 8 department managers
- 400 guests in-house each day (plus conferencing)
Your new role:
- Reporting directly to the F&B Manager
- Hands-on operationally through all service periods
- Full responsibility for department whilst F&B Manager offsite
- Ability to impact business with own ideas and promotions
- 5 day working roster with days off and shifts varying
