Cafe Anatolia was established in 2005 with one Turkish cafe in Hawkes Bay. We now operate 12 branches throughout the North Island and we are looking for more outstanding Customer Service Representatives to join our Hawkes Bay team!
We are looking for keen, committed and reliable individuals that have barista experience who are looking to build on their hospitality skills.
We have two vacancies, one based in Napier and one based in Hastings. Both positions are offering a minimum of 20 hours per week. Candidates must have experience making coffee and serving the public. It is important you are available to work a variety of lunch and dinner shifts both during the week and at weekends.
In these roles your responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer orders and serving food
- Cash handling and accurately operating the point of sale
- Making beverages to order
- Assisting with food preparation
- Serving on the salad bar
- Compliance with the Food Control Plan
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that:
- They can consistently deliver high standards of customer service
- They are reliable, flexible, and have a willingness to learn
- They work well amongst a small team
- They are able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
