About the business and the role
Our company provides day trips from Queenstown and Auckland to the most popular tourist attractions and long tours around the country in small groups. We are looking for drivers and guides of our 12 seater minibuses and 7 seater SUV's to provide an amazing experience to our customers while having fun themselves. We are a rapidly growing company that has become one of the top tour companies out of Auckland and have now opened in Queenstown. We focuses on our staff having development opportunities and job satisfaction. We offer over market rates with flexible working.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Safely picking up and transporting customers to the tourist attractions and back.
Guiding them through the trip and providing commentary about the area, New Zealand and our culture etc.
Guiding customers through attractions where needed.
Ensuring that our customers have an amazing trip that is carefree and fun.
Keeping vehicle clean and undamaged.
Collecting tour payments from customers.
Skills and experience
Please only apply if you meet this criteria:
Outgoing and friendly person that will engage with our guests and go the extra mile to make their day.
Currently has a Passenger Licence or in the process of obtaining one.
Clean full driving licence.
Extensive Knowledge about New Zealand and it's culture.
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of English.
Excellent driving skills and able to drive while providing commentary and entertaining customers.
