We are looking for a Duty Manager for the new, innovative and exciting BreakFree on Cashel!

With consistent standard of excellence this role demands a highly experienced guest service professional with Duty Manager experience. This opportunity is a great stepping stone to prove your already existing amazing skills and fast track your career to a Front Office Manager position in the future.

You will have:

  • A vibrant, and outgoing personality in order to engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay;
  • A high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel at all times will be of utmost importance;
  • The flexibility to work all shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends any day of the week;
  • Minimum three years experience as a Front Office Duty Manager;
  • Proven experience in a 200+ room Hotel;
  • Proven experience in a busy central city Hotel;
  • Current General Managers Certificate;
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS
  • Knowledge of Revenue and Yield Management
  • Proven experience in staff Management
