As the Sales Administration Coordinator you will report to the Director of Sales. The role combines both administrative and sales duties.  It plays a vital support role ensuring the Sales team delivers results. We are  looking for someone who has the skills to do the role and also have a positive can do attitude with exceptional people skills.

Having recently undergone a multi -million dollar refurbishment, Stamford Plaza Auckland has cemented its place as Auckland's premiere central city 5 star hotel.  The hotel offers 286 Guest Rooms and Suites, complimented by a variety of conference and meeting venues.

Key Duties:

  • New Business acquisition
  • Account Management
  • Administrative duties to support the sales team
  • Market research and reporting
  • Health & Safety / Environmental responsibilities

The candidate will have at least one year's experience in a Sales or Administrator role. You must possess:

  • Excellent communication
  • Professional presentation
  • High level of confidence and an eye for detail
  • Proven time management and ability to prioritise
  • Proven efficiency in various computer skills.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about working in a CBD hotel sales team environment and is able to juggle many projects at one time. The duties are varied and the role will be rewarding for someone looking to gain more experience within a dynamic sales team.
