Big Tikka Group prides itself on the most authentic Indian cuisine available in the country. We have two restaurants operating in Auckland region and we are seeking to fill a Restaurant Manager position in one of the locations.
We are seeking a person of capability, enthusiasm and knowledge.
As manager in hospitality you would come equipped with strenuous management acumen and excellent quality assurance.
You must hold a qualification relevant to hospitality work and hold at least 3 years of work experience.
This will be a hands-on role to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Confidence to lead a team during busy service periods
- Able to manage the operations of the restaurant
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service
- Good knowledge of computer usage
- Proven experience in business advancement
This position requires some key skills & experience:
- A passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- Previous experience working in a similar fast paced establishment
- Impeccable personal grooming
- Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to train and lead a team
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility and maturity in approach
- Hold or be able to obtain a LCQ and Manager
- Management experience in premium high volume restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of beverages
