As a Front Service Representative (Porter), you will be responsible for ensuring that the first impression of the hotel is fun, friendly and professional, making SKYCITY Hotel an enjoyable place to be for our guests. You will also be responsible for valet parking, have a firm understanding of all the facilities available within SKYCITY and the hotel as well as the wider Auckland City area, ensuring that guests are aware of what this great city has to offer. Assisting guests with luggage in and out of transport is also required.

We are looking for a well presented, customer service focused team player with good attention to detail, great communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar type role in a hotel environment is also preferred. You must also hold a full NZ Drivers License.

As a busy, fast paced operation, there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary, so flexibility will be key. For this position, we are looking for someone available to work on a 7 day rotating roster.
