Looking for Assistant Managers & Supervisors – Pre Opening Hotel Team
An exciting opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team of the newly built The Sebel Auckland Manukau (Accor Hotels) based in Manukau CBD. The hotel, scheduled to open in the third quarter of the year, is looking for Full Time experienced senior leaders in Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Reservations department
Roles:
- Assistant Manager Front Office
- Front Office Team Leader
- Night Manager
- Assistant Night Manager
- Reservations Agent
- Housekeeping Supervisor
- Restaurant Supervisor
- Restaurant Team Leaders
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Supervisory or Senior role within a 4 star hotel environment.
- Ability to manage and exceed financial performance targets
- Solid understanding of PMS Opera and Microsoft office applications
- A passion for guest engagement
- Ability to demonstrate great organizational and management skills
- Must have a supportive/hands on work style
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- An excellent command of the English language with strong communication, networking & organizational skills.
