Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Housekeeping & Cleaning supervisor will ensure that all cleaning of our luxury apartments and cabins in the campground are performed to the highest of standards.
Managing a team of staff that ranges from 5 in winter to nearly 20 in the summer peak time. So your supervisory skills need to be faultless and a high degree of efficiency is needed. Duties here include monitoring of cleaning supplies and systems, stock control of linen, operational duties such as time sheet management of cleaning staff and other duties as requested by the Operations Manager. The areas of responsibility include our Apartments, Camp Cabins, Ablution blocks, administration building and BBQ areas.
As all staff that work in the reserve are ambassadors to the public, this requires a high standard of conduct. Professionalism is paramount between staff, contractors and key stakeholders, so we are seeking a supervisor that can instil this in their day to day duties and staff they manage. The role will require some extra hours during our peak season.
