For two of our fine dining restaurants, we are currently looking for a Chef de Partie.

Botswana Butchery is situated in the historic Ferry Building and White + Wong's is on the Viaduct.

Must have the passion and drive for delivering the best produce. 

  • Hygiene and personal presentation of the highest standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident English speaking skills
  • Time management skills
  • Will be able to work well under pressure
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
