Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill is situated on the second floor in the historic Ferry Building on Quay Street and currently has opportunities for an experienced Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie for the Meat and Fish Section

Must have the passion and drive for delivering the best produce. 

Chef De Partie

  • Flexibility on rostering
  • Organised, clean and presentable
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident English speaking skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • At least two years experience in working in a professional, high volume kitchen 
  • Hygiene and personal presentation of the highest standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • will be able to work well under pressure
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn

Working with fresh seasonal produce and international brigade of chefs you must have experience working in a high volume restaurant and the ability to work well with live products.
