One of our newest clients here are at The Recruitment Network is on the hunt for a Japanese Cuisine Chef. This will be a 5 to 6 day a week role in a busy Japanese restaurant in Howick.

The role will include the following duties

Knowledge on how to make sushi, nigiri and sashimi.
Must be able to lead and motivate a team as well as work independently.
Display a confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on consistency and presentation.
Ensure food quality, presentation and safety standards are maintained.
Abide by health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areas.
Adapt to guest`s dietary needs and requests.
