This is the new kid on the block. Wise Guys will be the new hit in town and pure entertainment in Victoria Street. So imagine being the General Manager!
After years of Victoria Street growth, this little gem of a venue will give its neighbours a run for their money. Its unique mixture of Restro-Bar & Entertainment will make every visit a memory.
We need a GM top to embrace this vision and have the operational and creative smarts to keep Wise Guys Bar at the cutting edge of cool.
About the exciting role:
- To be compliant with licensing, host responsibilities and understand the legislation involved.
- To run Wise Guys Bar inline with the vision of the directors and in conjunction with its core values
- To manage, recruit and look after the staff and their needs
- To promote team spirit and lead by example!
- Ensure correct staffing levels manage labour costs effectively
- Balance the tills and ensure banking deposits are done accurately
- Ensure timesheets and rosters are up to date
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain these relationships
- To meet and exceed profit margins through effective control systems
- Manage staff employment agreements, yearly appraisals and disciplinary issues
