The Opportunity
Due to exciting growth, we're seeking a talented multi-skilled bartender & barista to join our social friendly events and hospitality team. The purpose of the role is to provide barista and bar services to Generator members, and support the events team throughout client events & functions.
Our barista / bar services team play a key role in ensuring our members and clients have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with the wider Generator community, contributing to our exceptional membership experience that we're famous for.
What your day looks like...
- You contribute to the events and hospitality team by helping create a great membership vibe in the hospitality and events areas.
- You're proactive in ensuring we seamlessly deliver all bar operations & functions on a daily basis whilst constantly striving to provide outstanding customer service.
- Actively identifying member needs and matching the service offering to go above any beyond their expectations.
- Act as a responsible host at after-hours events ensuring safe alcohol practices are adhered to.
- Build and maintain relationships with all event clients encouraging repeat bookings and customer loyalty.

You'll have the following skills and experience:
- Bartender experience (min 1 yrs)
- Hospitality function/events experience beneficial
- FOH customer service experience
- Barista experience beneficial
- Flexible to work rostered shifts Monday-Friday between 7.30am to 7pm, and on occasion work later/weekend for functions.
- Valid LCQ and/or Manager's certificate beneficial
